I had to rebuild the engine on the 97.

I put dohc pistons and a rebuilt sohc head, 10.3 to 1.

I also installed a Comp 200 cam, Fidanza cam gear

pacesetter header, magnaflow cat with a 2 1/2" exhaust.

99% Finished! Not bad for an initial $500. investment! :-p

Maaco of Newark painted the hood for me, 

they are also painting my Rampage. ;-)
